great hotel to which we want to return again! If you are looking for relaxation, stress release, good service, nice friendly staff, beautiful nature, personal bungalow with sea view, you should definitely go here. This hotel was initially a bit expensive for our budget, but we did not regret for a minute about choosing it. Staff is very friendly. When we asked what to see in ko chang , we were given advice about where to go and how is the best way to get there. When we came back from the tours in the evening to our room, a nice plate of fruit was waiting for us in our bungalow, shatter were closed, so that moscitoes do not fly in and the aroma lamp was turned on. This all made us feel that they do take care of you in the hotel.
the only problem is that the hotel does not have its own nice sandy beach, however, regular minivan transfers are organised regularly to and from the white sand beach

I loved that it was fairly clean and wonderful, the staff were exceptional and rooms were budget. The restaurant was great with tasty food, I tried HOT dishes. I could see garden. The total experience was good, I would be happy to recommend.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

Very obliging, polite, and attentive staff. Young children catered for. Free shuttle bus to White Sands. Free use of Kyacks. Free Upgrade to lovely chalet close to sea. Good swimming pool. Very quiet and peaceful setting away from the crowds. Lovely breeze.
Did not use spa as rather expensive. Walking in some parts of the sea sometimes difficult due to nature of the sand possibly mixing with silt.

A nice location and comfortable resort with a very good and helpful staff, great food in the restaurant and a good fitness centre.
The beach is not good due to very low water and it is necessarry to travel to other beaches within 15-20 minutes if you prefer to swim in open water. However, if you prefer a pool, Aiyapura is fine. There was also very few people at Aiyapura during the Easter holiday which is the start of the low season.

The pool villa is prefect. Feel good returned to nature and the peacock everywhere. The shuttle bus to White Sand Beach is nice. Free Wifi everywhere.
1) The mountain bike need maintenance. 2) The curtains have many cracks and make me feel unsecured of privacy. 3) The Wifi with very low speed is I never seen before.

The view is very nice: beautiful nature, mountains, sea.
This is the only hotel on our 6 weeks Thailand trip that was disappointing. This expensive resort certainly does not deserve 5 stars! The staff (with the exception of the reception) was rude. We never saw a manager or supervisor. The barkeeper in the poolbar played very loud pop music all day long and if guests asked to turn it off he did so for only a few minutes and then then the volume was turned up again. There are also sunbeds at the seashore, where the noice of the music is less loud, but the mattresses there are worn. Poolwater was dirty and green. Pooltowels are worn, dirty and limited. Small, expensive drinks in restaurant. Garden is not well kept. Peacocks are yelling all day long. Steep grounds, not recommendable for elderly or handicapped travelers.
